Sales and Leadership Trainers

We are looking for experienced Sales and Leadership Trainers to design and deliver powerful, results-driven training programs to corporate teams across various industries. The ideal candidates will have a solid background in adult learning, a practical approach to facilitation, and a proven track record of helping professionals grow in performance and leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Design, tailor, and facilitate high-impact training sessions in sales or leadership.
  • Deliver workshops, coaching sessions, and performance-based interventions.
  • Collaborate with client teams to assess needs and align training with strategic goals.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and provide actionable post-training feedback.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in learning and development

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Education, or related field; Master’s is an advantage.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or leadership, with at least 2 years in a training/facilitation role.
  • Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to train across diverse sectors and team levels.
  • Familiarity with blended learning models and digital delivery tools is a plus.
