Agribusiness Innovation Consultant
As an Agribusiness Innovation Consultant at Hessons Consulting Group, you will be responsible for driving innovative solutions in the agricultural sector to enhance productivity, market access, and sustainability. You will work with agribusinesses, cooperatives, and stakeholders to develop strategies that integrate technology, value chain optimization, and sustainable farming practices. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in managing market systems, driving business growth, and scaling innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement an innovation incubator strategy.
• Identify and assess high-potential agribusiness innovations.
• Provide strategic and technical guidance to incubator participants.
• Design and execute market expansion and growth strategies.
• Manage grant award processes and performance tracking.
• Establish partnerships with stakeholders and market actors.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Agribusiness, or Innovation Management.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in incubator management, market systems, or agribusiness.
• Strong background in business model development and scaling.
• Experience in grant management and technical advisory.
• Proven ability to drive business growth and market expansion.
